He has taken the time to do the little things that make for a better constructed house that will need less maintenance over the years. For example, I counted the number of nails used in the sub floor of our house and compared it to the two houses being built next door. One builder had half the number of nails per sheet compared to Jim. He also has had many ideas on cost control. He even found higher quality siding material that was a little less expensive, easier to install and looked better.
